DE-SCALING OF RADIATORS

It is an excellent method, for the descaling Radiators. In this method the solution used for de-scaling is slight acidic in nature but does not has hydrogen ions. Hence it does not effects metal and joints. It removes scale & corrosion from radiators and engine’s circulation line.

HOW TO USE PRYNE-3001

First of all start the engine & heat up the radiator water. The add 15-20 grams of PRYNE-the total solution. Wash the radiator with water. If needs more cleaning repeat the process again, and then fit the hose pipe. Repeat the same process with simple water. Emptise the radiator and coolant.

• Heat up the water before adding the chemical
• The water used for cleaning should be potable i.e. up to 150 ppm.

It is an excellent method to prevent the algae formation in cooling tower as well as scale formation in connected pipe lines and equipments. It also reduces the already deposited scale in the same.

SAFE FOR LIVING SPIECES

All chemicals used for the algae prevention generally kill the bacteria present in water, but after some time these bacteria get stabilized against this chemical. As a result the formation of algae starts again. But our thought is not to kill bacteria but to dissolve its house i.e. algae. Hence this chemical is not poisonous. Therefore, it is safe for all living things like birds, bee etc.

SAFE FOR METALS

This chemical is fully natural and is not manufactured by any synthetic method. PRYNE-3006 does not have hydrogen ion; all acids and strong alkali contain hydrogen ion, these reacts with metals and evolve HYDROGEN like this Fe++ + 2HCl= FeCl2 + H2 But it cannot produce any type of hydrogen-embitterment. Hence it is safe for all metals.

HOW TO USE PRYNE-3006.

Add a calculated quantity of PRYNE-3006 as per evaporating capacity of cooling tower. If The evaporating capacity of cooling tower is 2000 liters per hour the addition should be one Kg/hr. But the initial dose will be 20 kg at once.

ALKALINE DE-SCALING OF A RUNNING BOILER

It is an excellent method, for the descaling a Running Boiler. In this method the solution used for de-scaling is not acidic but alkaline in nature with PH 10-12 i.e. non acidic. As the acidic solutions, without inhibitors are dangerous to metal like mild steel. Although the inhibited acids may be safe at some extent, but these cannot be used to de-scale a running boiler and alkaline solutions work only in a running boiler.

HOW TO USE PRYNE-3003.

First of all plan your boiler when it would be opened. Add the estimated quantity of PRYNE-3003, 72 hours before opening the boiler. Let it be reacted with scale for 72 hours in running boiler. After that open the boiler and clean it manually, you will see scale has been converted in to mud like curd & bits. It has loosed the surface of boiler. Get it out of the boiler through mud hole.

The steps of acidic de-scaling boiler are.

Now it is clear 5-7 days, 4labours, circulation system (pump, hosepipe &fittings),fuel to heat up, chemicals (de-scallant and acid neutralizer ) are required in acidic system.

Running boiler de-scaling method always better than Circulation system because rpm of boiling water is always much higher than pump circulation hence gives better result, moreover it is safer than acidic de-scaling. Because the usage of alkaline solution is always safer than acidic solution or solution lower than 7 PH . It also saves production loss, labour, time, fuel & electricity.

ANTI-SCALLANT, OXYGEN SCAVENGER AND CORROSION INHIBITOR (l)

It is an excellent method to protect the boilers when R.O. water or softened water is used in boiler to prevent the scale formation. The protection is necessary as the R.O. water is always of low pH as low as 6.0-6.5 i.e. acidic in nature. Dissolved O2 is always present in the water. The presence of O2 and acidic water produce corrosion. Therefore, a mixture of OXYGEN SCAVENGER AND CORROSION INHIBITOR must be used to treat the water before feeding to the boiler. PRYNE-3007 is a perfect mixture of chemicals containing these properties. Hence it protects the boiler metal completely to be used with PRYNE-3011,
Now the water treatment plant exchanged the hard ions of water to the soft ions. It exchanges Ca++ ion & Mg++ ions to Na+ ion. It means CaCl2 & MgCl 2 to NaCl and CaSO4 & MgSO4 to Na2SO4 hence it contains sodium salt of chlorides & sulphates. With the presence of Oxygen & these salts boiler metal become corroded. PRYNE-3007 protects the boiler from these salts & also maintains the pH as per boiler need.

It is an excellent method to maintain the pH of boiler water. It also prevent the scale formation from the hardness remained in R.O. Water or Treated Water.

AN EXCELLENT DESCALING SYSTEM FOR BOILERS, PIPE-LINES HEAT-EXCHANGERS AND OTHER INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENTS

PRYNE-3009 is excellent method, for the descaling a Boilers. Heat- Exchangers, Pipe- Lines and other Industrial Equipments. In this method the solution used for de-scaling is fully inhibited acidic safe for metals except Zinc, Tin and Aluminum. As the acidic solutions, without inhibitors are dangerous to metal like mild steel. But the inhibited acid may be used safely at some extent. This cannot be used to de-scale a running boiler and alkaline solutions work only in a running boiler. But PRYNE-3009 is an excellent method.

How to use PRYNE-3009

The descaling method for descaling of any equipment is circulation system. Injection of chemical is through lower point and discharge is through upper point. The requirement of heating depends upon the nature of scale. The hard scale requires heating soft scale does not require. Add the estimated quantity of PRYNE-3009 in water and circulate it with the help of mono block pump. The circulation starts with 2 pH solution. Circulate the solution for 15 minutes and notice pH, if the pH becomes to 4 add more PRYNE-3009. We can repeat this addition thrice. If the pH rises after third addition then replace the solution with new one. Repeat the process till the stable pH is gained. After descaling wash the equipment and pump with soda ash to remove the acidic effect.

ANTI-SCALLANT WITH OXYGEN SCAVENGER AND CORROSION INHIBITOR (l)

It is an excellent method to prevent the scale formation in boilers. It also reduces the already deposited scale in the same. It also prevents the corrosion formation in boilers by scavenging the complete quantity of oxygen from water. It also maintains the pH value of feed water and boiler water. This chemical is made from waste vegetables, conditioned with oxygen scavenger and phosphates. Hence it is completely safe for boiler metal.
